Frank Castle (Ray Stevenson) is a former FBI agent who feel disappointed with the bureau this post dibantainya Frank family. Frank is officially declared dead and then try to take revenge to become The Punisher.

Whilom, Frank soundly beat up Billy Russoti (Dominic West), a Mafia boss. Billy who is seriously injured and then determined to take revenge on Frank or The Punsiher. Billy then power up and call himself Jigsaw.

This time Frank must act quickly before more damage Jigsaw create more severe. Unfortunately, Frank is a business not so easy because the FBI also pursue Punisher considered working outside the law.
