'THE WHITE RIBBON' White Ribbon Coat of Purity

Eichwald, Germany is a quiet little town. Everything went orderly in the city. Season after season they pass. Harvest their crops in order to live. Nothing strange. At least until July of 1913. A series of bizarre events suddenly broke the silence of Eichwald.

A farmer's wife suddenly died of a fall, a doctor suddenly fell from the horse because there are people who put the wire across the middle of the road as a stranger who deliberately opened the door of the house so that the baby is in the dead cold. Nobody can explain who the perpetrators of this crime. No one except a young teacher in the city.

The teacher is played by Christian Friedel managed to draw conclusions based on facts available. Slowly but surely this evidence leads to the same suspect.
