This action movie is about two cops, Jun Ma (Donnie Yen) and Wilson (Louis Koo) who tried to destroy a group of drug dealers, led by 3 brothers Tony (Collin Chou), Archer (Ray Lui), and Tiger ( Yu cXing).

June Ma is a detective that's easy to 'hot', no concern, and like to move impulsively. His partner, Wilson, disguised as a person in the group and successfully won the trust as a bodyguard. Wilson unhappy with the hasty way in June. Differences in the way in solving these cases are often triggered fights among them. After the fight between Jun and triad, the disguise Wilson revealed and she nearly died. June has succeeded in capturing Archer but Wilson became disabled for life.

When the trial to be postponed Archer, Tony obliterate all evidence and witnesses of their crime.
